作者简介:Lin Jiang is an associate professor in the School of Microelectronics, Shanghai University, China. She is mainly engaged in the research of 2D microelectronic materials and devices for energy conversion and advanced sensing. Her research interests focus on the rational design of microelectronic materials for efficient energy conversion and interface engineering for advanced lithography. Yi Li is now a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Microelectronics, Shanghai University. In 2021, he graduated from the Key Laboratory of Advanced Display and System Applications of the Ministry of Education. His main research interest is photodetection and its application in the medical field. He has published 26 papers and holds 8 patents in the past 5 years. Jianhua Zhang is the executive dean of the School of Microelectronics at Shanghai University in Shanghai, China. Meanwhile, she concurrently serves as the president of the Beijing Chapter of the Society for Information Display (SID), an executive director of the Robotics Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, a director of the Tribology Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, a director of the Micro/Nano Manufacturing Technology Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, and a director of the Luminescence Branch of the Chinese Physical Society.
